On behalf of Ascend Hospice and Palliative Care, I'd love to share how compassionate and caring the staff are towards their residents. They provide a resident-centered approach in every role and aspect; always doing their best to meet their needs and the needs of their families. They are dependable and very communicative which allows us to effectively work together to
provide support and services to patients and their families. We greatly appreciate our partnership.

My brother has been a resident of Spring Village at Pocono for almost two years, and I feel very comfortable with his care there. All of his personal and medical needs are met, and the staff has always been understanding, helpful, respectful, and caring. He was at this excellent facility during the Covid epidemic and the care was always top notch. As a physician, I was impressed with the professional management of the issues associated with Covid in this elderly population. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking personal care for themselves, a relative, or a friend.

When making the difficult decision to place your loved one in a home care community, do not overlook Spring Village! From the opening tour-until now the staff at Spring Village has proven to be gracious, professional and very accommodating in their care. My father has a hard time seeing, and I was a little worried about how this transition may affect him- but he is thriving in this community !! I cannot recommend Spring Village enough, and a huge thank you to the staff for always being so very sweet !

When my mother became ill her care was more then my husband and I could handle by ourselves. We knew we needed help. My mothers condition required constant companionship and her confusion and inability to coupe with everyday life only made her situation harder. A close family member of mine told me about Spring Village at Pocono. After reading the reviews I decided to book a tour.
I was greeted by Courtney who spent a good deal of time listening to my concerns about my mother. I was impressed with how the facility covered all the needs of their residence.
Upon placing my mother in Spring Village my husband and I saw an improvement in the daily struggle that she was experiencing before she arrived. My mother looked forward to the daily activities offered and made a few new friends. The staff was friendly, caring, and compassionate. The nursing department kept me well informed.
I am grateful that I placed my mother in the care of such a professional and well established care home. I highly recommend Spring Village because to my mother it became her home...away from home.

The activities department at Spring village at Pocono is amazing I must say. I was very impressed at how every activity was thoughtfully planned and executed. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always had a smile on their faces. They made sure that everyone was engaged and having a good time. They truly go above and beyond to create a welcoming and fun environment for all participants. Keep up the great work!
