  Our daughter suffered a torn ACL in October 2021 of her Freshman year in college. After a successful surgery we heard nothing but great things about Joe Hos and his “Return to Play” program. We met with Joe and he was very clear on his goals for our daughter and initially recommended the PA Sports Rehab app with a personalized routine as she would be away at school. Throughout her experience with the app, Joe was in constant contact with her to ensure that all was going well. From our perspective, our daughter not only was getting stronger physically but mentally as well! When she returned home after the Spring semester, she was stronger and more confident than she was just a few months earlier. During her summer break she worked with Joe both individually and in small groups and throughout the summer we continued to see significant improvements in all aspects of her recovery!! Along the way, Joe was always there to address her concern's in reaching her goal of being ready to play this season. In the end, Joe and his program helped build back the strength, stamina and mental toughness for her to be prepared to play this season for a nationally ranked soccer program! Without hesitation, we recommend Joe Hos and PA Sports Rehab to have your athlete reach their recovery goals and “Return to Play” in the sport they love!

  We had a great experience with coach Joe Hos at sports rehab Pa . We are so grateful for all of Joe’s support and expertise in getting our son back to health after his ACL tear and subsequent surgery. Joe goes above and beyond and truly cares about his athletes. He’s the best and if you want someone who has your child’s best interest at heart Joe is your guy .

  Been with Sports Rehab PA and Joe Hos for just about a year now. Best decision we ever made for our daughter and her ACL recovery. Extremely dedicated and takes pride in his athlete's accomplishments. My daughter wouldn't have made it back onto the field/court without him! If you want the BEST in ACL recovery & strength training...go see Joe Hos and his team!

  It was the best decision to send my daughter to Joe Hos. She has done group training and private training with Joe. Joe is dedicated to all his clients. Her personalized workout plan is showing results and is teaching her skills she will carry with her. I highly recommend Joe for all aspects of training.

  In June my 16 year old son completely tore his ACL and tore two meniscus. In July he had knee surgery where he used his own patella to replaces his ACL and they fixed both meniscus. From the first time I spoke with Joe I knew this was the one who would get my son back on the field. When he finished his evaluation I was shocked how he pinned down all our concerns and other areas that he felt he could help Brayden strengthen. Brayden loves going to sports rehab. Not only has he gained back his muscles and strength, but his mental game as well. Joe helps guide him in and out of the gym. He goes above and beyond every session. Where else would you get consistent one on one attention? Brayden is about a month away from returning to play. There is not a doubt in my mind that he will return stronger and faster. I would recommend Joe to anyone who has a sports related injury or anyone who could use strengthening to help prevent future injuries. I know my daughter will start with him in the near future before her game gets physical to try to minimize any injuries.
