Split Elm Equestrian Center

We had the most incredible time at Split Elm Equestrian Center during a recent trail ride. From start to finish, every aspect of this adventure was simply wonderful. First and foremost, our guide, Dylan, played a crucial role in making this trail ride exceptional. His friendly demeanor, supportive attitude, and vast knowledge of the area made the entire journey not only enjoyable but also educational. The icing on the cake was Dylan that also took pictures of our group during the ride and shared them with us afterwards to memorialize the experience.

The horses at Split Elm Equestrian Center were beautiful and their behavior and training were also impeccable. It's evident that the staff at the center invest a tremendous amount of care and effort into ensuring these animals are responsive to riders.

After such an extraordinary experience, there's no doubt in my mind that we’ll be returning to Split Elm Equestrian Center.

What a wonderful experience! I was looking to do something different for our anniversary. Split Elm Equestrian Center came highly recommended. My husband and I are 70 and 65 respectively. Our guide was Marco, who, by the way, is a definite asset to the establishment. As he guided us along, he gave us a history of the different horses, paddocks, and checked on our comfort, always making sure we were happy, and took many pictures. I highly recommend Split Elm Equestrian Center to anyone looking to take a horseback ride, no matter your age! You'll be more than happy you did! Dawn & Dennis Jones

I highly recommend! I called first thing in the morning to see if they could schedule a trail ride for 3 people. Steph got back in touch with me right away and scheduled us for later that day. It was a great experience from the time we got there to the time we left. It was the first time on a horse for 2 of the riders with me. But Steph walked us through everything, taught us the basics and answered any questions we had. She made us all feel very comfortable. The horses were absolutely amazing, beautiful and very well taken care of. I didnt know what to expect But to my surprise we went into the woods through some dense trails. The scenery and atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. Our trail ride was for an hour. The horses were absolutely amazing to ride and everyone felt so comfortable! Our guide Steph also took pictures of us throughout the trail ride and sent them to us when we finished. During the ride, Steph was very informative about everything we had questions about. She told us everything from about the horses and their personal history to everything they do at the ranch. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. When we were done riding we got to hand feed treats to our horses! We also got to take a look around at some of the other horses as well! I highly recommend booking a trail ride or a riding lesson! I grew up riding myself and went to various barns and had a hard time finding the perfect barn. My daughter expressed she wanted to ride again and I shopped around. I came across Split Em Equestrian Center and we have been there now for a year and a half. It is the best farm I personally have been at. My daughter loves it there! She loves the trainers, her barn friends and the horses! The atmosphere is very welcoming and family friendly. The trainers are very knowledgeable and their work alone shows they love what they do. They build up the rider and educate on all the areas of the riding lifestyle. I would recommend this farm to anyone looking around because it is a peaceful, beautiful and educational farm. 12 out of 10!
