  I’ve been going here for years- and there was a time that I would have rated them poorly. However, Theresa, the receptionist in fishkill and at times Poughkeepsie, is always a pleasure and helps accommodate my needs for scheduling purposes. There IS another receptionist that is rude and unpleasant, I just avoid her whenever possible. My prescriber, Susan, is wonderful- she’s kind and smart and empathetic and sincerely cares- I actually enjoy my visits catching up with her lol (virtual visits now 😶). I can’t attest to the entire place, but I’m very pleased with the help provided and never have issues.
