  I had knee surgery. When I started PT, I chose Jon at Westmed Physical Therapy. When Jon moved to Spear, there was no way I was going to change therapists. I asked to stay with him. Jon knew my knee and I did not want to change and have to start all over again. Jon is a very bright and intuitive physical therapist. Jon listens to what you say, and develops the course of PT that works! I will run and hike harder trails again with my dog because of Jon! That is the plan and Jon's expertise has gotten me very close to that goal.
  
  Spear Physical Therapy (Armonk, NY) has a great staff. Spear provides a top notch staff -- from physical therapists, like Jon and Tom, to their office staff -- Lauren, whom is such a joy to speak to on the phone and in person. She efficiently processes your PT cycle with insurance seamlessly!!
  
  Spear offers top notch PT! I would go no where else!!

  Spear PT is by far the most welcoming, warm and friendly environment to recover from injuries. Tom the director and 1 of the physical therapists demonstrates expertise easily and with a strong interest in and motivation to help. He relates to kids to older adults and those in between really well. The techs and Tom work like a team every time - it’s always simpatico and warm and helpful. They are attentive and care about their clients’ wellness and recovery. This all takes place in a setting that feels like a living room versus a clinical setting where you’re shown the exercises and left on your own while the staff leave you to help others or complete paperwork. It’s amazing and I’ve given friends and family Spear’s contact info so they too experience healing from injuries in this special setting that provides the highest standard of care in a uniquely warm, professional and warm environment.

  LOVE going to spear! It’s so clean and the staff is 10/10! Tom is very smart and passionate about what he does. The experience is extremely personalized. Also, being that Spear is in Equinox gym, the PTs can utilize equipment there and show you things to work on. Spear has made physical therapy as enjoyable as it can possibly be.
