  Women-owned & centered gym that’s welcoming and supportive for starting a fitness journey. I was matched with an amazing trainer who focused on what I wanted to learn, and challenged me with new exercises. Training sessions were individual usually in a private space, making it very comfortable and taking away any nerves that I felt entering a chain gym’s large space. This was an investment into my health that was so worth it! I recommend for anyone or any age who’s just getting into fitness or wants to upkeep/challenge their current routine.

  Love the layout of the training rooms plus how clean everything is kept. The new pilate machines & TRX Rooms are my favorite.The trainers are very professional & patient when explaining techniques. Feeling stronger every week! So happy I found Jen & her staff.

  Great place and great staff! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going to ESF for the last 2 months working with a personal trainer. As someone who hasn’t worked with a trainer before, I can’t say enough positive things. Each session is always a different set of workouts which makes it both challenging and fun. My trainer listens to my goals and is always encouraging-I look forward to to my workouts every week

  I have been a client for over 4 years. Jen provides personalized attention to meet my goals. The space is clean, organized and the equipment is high quality. I love the small group classes, especially for pilates. They are fun and challenging and using the reformer makes it an experience you can't get at home! All of the instructors are very knowledgable and I love supporting a local small business. Fantastic experience overall.

  Awesome studio, great staff! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, they make you feel comfortable no matter what your fitness level is. I love Jenn she's always worked with me and encouraged me to do my best in the small group workouts.
