  I purchased a bullfrog A7L, the shell warped within 2 years of purchase and I was told I needed a replacement. Spa Heart and home contacted the company and ultimately delivered a lesser replacement model containing less features that I originally purchased. Spa hearth and home is not responding to any communications nor is bullfrog.

  Spa Hearth and home was able to extent the warranty and provided some additional supplies to compensate for the delivery of the lesser model

  We first looked at spas with Robert and then finished the sale later with Ryan. Both gentlemen were awesome - knowledgeable, professional, low-key, and friendly. We love our hot tub and the follow up with Ryan has been super. We’ve had our water tested and purchased chemicals for the spa with no issues and Ryan is great at ‘hooking you up’ if you need anything! Great service after the sale! Kudos! Thanks for making a very big purchase easy and smooth! Customers for life! Chris & Kim

  This review is way overdue, but well deserved. We purchased a Bullfrog A7L from here in Jan of 2020. Luckily, it arrived 8 weeks later just before the Covid lock downs. Its been almost 3 years and we love our spa. Ryan was a terrific salesman, very helpful and courteous. The owner was professional and considerate. He took the time to examine our deck for weight and structure integrity. The delivery men did a fantastic job at installation. We've enjoyed using our hot tub nearly every week since, and never had an issue. We highly recommend both The Bullfrog A7L and Spa Hearth & Home to anyone considering a hot tub purchase. Thanks again and apologies for the overdue review.

  Ryan at Spa Hearth & Home not only made our experience purchasing our first hot tub stress-free but super relaxing. Every detail was taken care of, and the selection of hot tubs and knowledge-base about each one was superior. He helped us pick out the perfect tub and we could not be happier. We have had it for 6+ months now and it is the best investment. He is extremely approachable and goes above and beyond to make sure you as a customer is appreciated. The delivery team was also amazing, as well as the electrician that was recommended. 10/10 experiences and we will forever refer people here!
