  During the holidays, I came here, and I have been for quite a few times. The experience is the same but still relaxing. Although here are the pros and cons:
  
  Pros:
  -The staff was welcoming when I checked in
  -The pools were well heated during the cold weather (it was only like 22 degrees that day)
  -The relaxing room was open on the 3rd floor, even though the one on the Mezzanine was closed
  -Water to drink and hydrate (no extra fee)
  -Beautiful view of Powell's Cove Park, East River, and the Whitestone Bridge
  -Same fun and relaxation experience from home and school
  
  Cons:
  -The fitness room is no longer there
  -Some of the features in the pools were not working
  -Food was quite overpriced, even for snacks
  -Time goes by very fast and then it's time to go
  
  Overall, Spa Castle will always be my go to place on occasions or holidays. I will sure to come back whenever I'd like. 100% still the best spa.

  Fun and relaxing place! Didn't feel like leaving. I just wish it was the prices were a little on the lower side!

  Beautiful place, peaceful and relaxing. Great distribution of sauna’s, pools, jacuzzi and dinning areas. I love the whole design and thematic about the castle place. This was my first time but I definitely want to comeback and try the massages spot too 🙂😊
