My 13 year old son has an underbite and after many opinions I hands down chose Southington Orthodontics for his treatment (I'm even coming from Simsbury ) that's how amazing and helpful I found the office to be. Dr C is so amazing explaing everything to me and my son. Tracy the Orthodontic assistant was so amazing in placing the braces and explaining everything to my son he has a very complex case and they are there for us every step of the way!!!! Thank you Southington Orthodontics can't wait to see the results!! I highly recommend Dr. C for anyone who is looking for an amazing caring and helpful Orthodontist!!

(July 12, 2023, 2:24 pm)I love this place! This is my second daughter who has been under their care! Let’s start with the front staff they are always smiling and willing to help. They treat you like family. As you enter to the back to see Orthodontist Assitant, they engage in conversation and ask about how you are doing and how you are feeling about services and comfort level. They truly listen to your concerns, and come up with an intervention that aide in your oral health. Then it goes on to the Orthodontist, he is the best, always upbeat, speak to the patient in words they understand and provide the best option! He is not about money! He is about oral health first, and that is hard to find in these days! Last but not least the Accounting department they take the time to go over your options in details and work with what is best for your needs! They but patient first!

His work was simply awesome, and his professionalism and genuine concern for my satisfaction were evident throughout my treatment. Dr. C and his entire staff are remarkably friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend their practice to anyone seeking exceptional orthodontic care.
