(April 4, 2023, 5:21 pm)Great storage facility. Clean, spacious, and secure for tenants. The drive-in capability for loading and unloading made trips there easy and quick. Facility and operations are designed to be accommodating for tenants--hand trucks, bathroom, good lighting, locks provided, and all paperwork and logistics handled on-line. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area needing storage. The hours are also very accommodating (versus other storage places) so you can get there before and after work or almost anytime on the weekend. Recommend!

(April 3, 2023, 3:21 pm)A very well run facility. I have kept my items here for 2 years. Organized, clean, and great service. Conveniently located in Southbury, CT right off I-84. The Southbury Storage Team is responsive and efficient in addressing tenant questions or concerns in a timely fashion. They go out of their way to help in any capacity they can. The facility has a couple of entrances, one for easy access and another where delivery trucks can drop off large items (big moves). There is plenty of space inside and outside of the facility - you will never have to wait to access your unit. No issue. Space is as clean as the day I started. Highly recommend for any self-storage needs.

(March 8, 2023, 9:04 pm)Southbury Self Storage offers the safest, cleanest, and best run self storage option that I’ve used anywhere. It’s worth the reasonable monthly rental to have the extra storage space and live in an orderly and clutter free home. We use the storage room for off-season clothing, Christmas decorations, and other items that we don’t want stored in an attic or damp basement. This climate controlled facility is a pristine and safer alternative.

(February 7, 2023, 9:23 am)My experience at the Southbury Self Storage was excellent. The building was always clean. The little Christmas/Valentine tree brought a smile, and the bowl of chocolates a nice welcome. There was never anyone there when we were there, but the building felt safe. I would certainly use it again, and recommend it to anyone in need of storage.
