  They showed up early. They were friendly and very polite and took the time to explain what they would be doing. We were given quotes by three different services with prices all in the same range. One of the other companies said it would take 5 days. SJWP quoted us a price higher then the competition but we chose them. They worked with us on the price. They were able to schedule us quickly and the work only took one day!! They did a great job and our basement is now fixed. I can't say enough good things about this company. Definitely recommend!!

  I cannot thank Phil and his crew enough! They did an awesome job! They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up well afterwards as if they weren't even there! Not to mention they were the most cost efficient! Everyone is trying to rip someone off these days and Phil was very honest and trustworthy. Would recommend 100%.

  I hired SJ Waterproofing based on the Google reviews, proximity to my property and excellent customer service/communication/coordination. I interacted with 3 employees (father, daughter and son) multiple times and was very impressed with all 3. I also asked the engineer who performed the assessment about them and he spoke very highly of them. My foundation had two walls bowed in between .5-1". Engineer mandated wall reinforcement for foundation certification. The folks at SJ waterproofing were very responsive, easy to work with, totally professional and they are now my go to for all future foundation needs. I was unable to be on site while work was accomplished...they left the place clean and locked up on their way out. I highly recommend them for any foundation needs. I also was up against a short deadline to accommodate sale/closing. They went out of their way to work with me given compressed schedule.

  Phil and his crew were absolutely amazing! Since purchasing my new home, I have worked with many contractors for various projects, and I can say with complete confidence that South Jersey Waterproofing are top notch. Everything was explained to me before any work had taken place, all of my questions were answered prior to the work day, and the whole crew took great care while working on my property; not to mention, the work was done so efficiently, they were done before I knew it! When I was given a tour of the finished work prior to them leaving, I was over the moon with how the previous mold/mildew smell from my old french drain was completely gone, and everything looked so clean! Thank you so much, Phil & crew. I would recommend you to anyone in need of any of the services you provide!
