She always engages with me before cleaning my teeth, showing genuine interest in me and my life. The dentist then checked my teeth and was equally sweet, gentle, knowledgeable and kind. Overall, a great experience!

(August 23, 2023, 9:24 am)I'm a new patient at the South Hadley Dental Group and so far both appointments began on time with a very friendly staff and both objectives were achieved with no problems or follow-ups required. And, they take dental insurance which is the reason I had to switch and the transition has been fantastic!!

(July 29, 2023, 8:26 am)I just moved to South Hadley and needed a new dentist. Consulting the Google reviews, I selected South Hadley Dental Group, and after a first visit I'm very glad I did. I only needed a routine cleaning, which went wonderfully as Sharon uses manual instruments rather than the machine that sprays water all over you. That made me happy.
As it was a first visit, I mentioned a nagging problem I'd had with a crown that on occasion caused some uncomfortable sensations. Sharon called in Dr. B, who determined my bite was slightly off. She very carefully and gently filed the crown and the tooth above. I felt an immediate difference, but now nearly two weeks later, I can say the issue seems to have totally disappeared. I can't thank Dr. B enough for her attention to this, and knowledge of how to quickly fix it. I have great confidence that I'm in very good hands, and I give South Hadley Dental Group my highest recommendation. -

The people there were very understanding and let me take some time to reach out and confirm I was insured then let me still keep my appointment. I'm very happy they were understanding about my circumstances.
