  We just had our fence and deck power washed and they came out great. When i first contacted him, Todd responded quickly, arrived for the estimate at the agreed upon time, and was in regular communication about setting a time that was acceptable to both of us. The whole process was easy, like dealing with an old friend. I will definitely be using him again.

  If your looking for a professional and personable business this is it. Todd responded to all my home needs with the highest quality work. Master painter Jerry was amazing much attention to detail in preparation and performance. Definitely recommend this business for your painting and power washing needs.

  I hired South Bay Painting to paint our living room and a few new doors. They were awesome!
  
  They were able to schedule us quickly, and gave us an estimate. They were extremely responsive and helped us figure out which paint to get and even what finish to use in different surfaces.
  
  They took the ugly all-green room that was there when we bought the house, and painted it on a lighter color that makes the room look huge. Jerry was very good at explaining the whole process, and did a great job with the finishing touches everywhere.
  
  The doors he painted turned out great too, and he even made an effort to avoid using extra paint as he ran out of ceiling and trim paint completely by the end.
  
  Jerry even helped me out with a leak from our AC that was discovered while painting, and went to the attic with me to figure out what was going on.
  
  They also left our place spotless. First time I've had a contractor that cleaned up after himself so well. I didn't even have to vacuum after he was gone!
  
  Overall, highly recommended. I'll use them again next time I need painting services.
