    Adam and his staff are terrific. They are very patient and have great knowledge of various back and ankle problems and know how to treat them. I'm seeing great improvement with my back and ankle in a couple of weeks. Adam is very accommodating to fit your sessions into your daily schedule

    Adam at SoundSide is the best Physical Therapist I ever went to! After I had knee surgery, cast for 6 weeks, I never thought I would walk right again. Adam put together a therapy program that was right for me and after hard work and pain doing it, I am very close to achieving my goal! If anyone needs a PT, call SoundSide Jericho

    You won’t find a better PT (Adam) and facility in the area. It is clear Adam is extremely knowledgeable based on the individual programs he creates for each person and his ability to use a variety of treatments to ensure the best results for his clients. Adam is constantly monitoring and keeping track of your progress, so he knows when it’s appropriate to ramp up the intensity and ensure that each session is a positive and beneficial experience. Each session, he takes the time to talk with you to see how you’re responding to the treatments, so he can make any necessary adjustments. I always felt like I was improving after each session because Adam has a great ability to know exactly what’s needed every time you’re there.
    Adam does a great job of making you feel comfortable and welcome right from the start. When it comes to scheduling, he’s always accommodating and does his best to be flexible. I’d recommend SoundSide Physical Therapy and Adam to anyone in need of PT.

    Two words. Graston technique!
    I left my previous PT place to try Graston at Soundside Jericho. I needed to get back to running and had a half marathon coming up and had heard good things about Graston.
    Soundside has been so much more helpful than previous physical therapists I've been to and I like that they keep up with the latest advancements in the field like Graston, kinesio tape, laser, a high tech looking balance thing (pic attached), etc. and the typical heat and stim. They also give you one on one attention and hands on manual therapy which is something my previous PT place lacked.
    Graston is what drew me to Soundside but Adam's knowledge and expertise is what got me to stay.
    The location is great, it's close to the LIE and right behind life time fitness, and Adam is very accommodating with scheduling!

    Anyways, thanks to Adam and Soundside, I was able to run my race in Vegas 2 months later! I didn't do the half because I wasn't trying to kill myself so I did the 10k instead. It wasn't a PR but it wasn't terrible either =)

    Best PT and PT office everrr! Go visit them!

    I was Dr. Adam Johnnidis’ patient for a while and I can honestly say, he’s one of the best physical therapists that I’ve ever seen (and I’ve been to a bunch). He was so kind and supportive during every session. He happily answered any questions that I had about an exercise or even just about my injury itself. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to make sure each patient is comfortable, happy and well taken care of. I’m so glad I found Adam and the staff at Sound Side Physical Therapy-they really cared for me and helped me through a difficult time. I highly recommend Adam to anyone in need of his services!
