  I’ve been taking private music lessons with Prana for a year now-I am blown away at how much I am learning at the ripe old age of 54! I am also “unlearning” many ideas and beliefs I was taught as a child about what music truly is. I cherish the time I spend with Prana…our sessions are so healing and grounding! Prana is not only a brilliant musician and teacher, but a compassionate and inspiring soul…highly recommended!!!!!

  Coming from no musical background whatsoever. . . I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I showed up at Sound Artist, but I’m so grateful I took a chance and checked it out. Prana is such a warm, kind, and encouraging teacher who has given me some tools and the space to find and express myself through music.
  Being a part of this musical community has helped me find confidence in expressing myself authentically and have a great time doing it. 🧡

  I am a professional musician and I say Sound Artist has added to my musical like. Prana Rising is that rare blend of guide and community member. Leader and coach. They are brilliant and humble. Always encouraging. A gifted musician who always raises everyone else up. A blessing!

  I was nervous coming in after having a childhood full of stressful piano recitals and pressure to remember chords and count beats on the guitar. What I got here at sound artist with Prana was music liberation. The freedom to enjoy music playing again through improvisation! Had the most wonderful time. Will definitely be returning! Thank you Prana!!

  Working with Prana has been transformational. I came to Prana wanting to learn how to play the hand pan. I never played an instrument before and after already a handful of sessions I'm starting to creativity express myself through music. Prana brings a very kind, supportive and intuitive approach meeting you where you're at and guiding you on your journey. I highly recommend Sound Artist for lessons or anything regarding sound experiences.
