(July 10, 2023, 5:02 pm)Been coming here for 10 years. The staff is professional, the facility is tidy, they are proactive with appointment reminders and making sure my paperwork is in order. I used to be afraid of the dentist but i have not missed my cleanings since i started coming. I had to have some work done for sensitivity and it was affordable and stress free. Highly recommend.

My teeth were a real mess and he came up with a solution that I could afford and that will last me for many years to come. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mark and his staff - they are the best!

My friends always used to laugh at me because I absolutely love going to the dentist. They truly care about their patients like family. Dr Mark, Peggy, and CJ are phenomenal. They explain everything from the costs, insurance and what is needed with your dental health very detailed. This is the best dental office for your dental health and the camaraderie. Thank you to everyone at Sophisticated Smiles!!

We have been patients for many years and their office environment is friendly and family oriented. Everyone has a pleasant demeanor and always makes our experience a comfortable one. My kids enjoy having their teeth cleaned here and Dr. Mark has done several crowns for me that were always handled in a professional manner and completed as explained. I highly recommend Sophisticated Smiles!

(February 23, 2023, 10:10 am)I came hear after having a bad experience at another dental office and I am so glad I found them. They are honest and matter of fact without being judgmental. Peggy is a national treasure. She is extremely thorough, has the patience of a saint and answered my two thousand questions. She's one of those people that makes you feel comfortable right away. I just had an appt with Dr. Mark and Angela and they are awesome. They explained everything and gave me plenty of opportunities to let them know if something was uncomfortable. I was nervous about this appointment but it ended up being so much better than minor procedures I've had in other offices because they were constantly checking in and so gentle. CJ is the icing on the cake. She makes everybody feel welcome right off the bat and is extremely helpful and organized. Overall, everybody here makes you feel like your health and comfort are a priority and you can tell everybody takes pride in their work. While I'm not exactly jazzed that I need a bunch of dental work, I am very grateful to be able to have it done here.
