(July 2, 2022, 9:17 am)I just recently started using Sophie's Laundry for laundering of my whites/towels and, thus far, it has been a great experience working with them! I love that they use hypoallergenic soaps during washes (I have a dog who struggles with allergies, so this is awesome)! They're very accommodating and the service is quick. The location on 181st street is also very convenient. I will definitely return here for laundry services!

I’m a scented soap user, she doesn’t but she always make sure that the service provider match your requests. We will miss her as we moved from the neighborhood.

If you go thrift shopping or get a lot of hand-me-downs, this is the place to get those items perfectly tailored to your body. I even had them redesign part of a dress for me and the result was beautiful. I'm so happy to have a place like this in the neighborhood. I've also gone for dry cleaning and everything has always come out great.

The first time I got a load back from Sophie I cried tears of joy when I saw how expertly clean and neatly folded everything was. The turn around was very quick too. I waisted no time in setting up a weekly pick-up and drop-off schedule, and my previously strained relationship with laundry was forever transformed into one of bliss. You can rest assured knowing that everything from dog beds to delicates is in professional and caring hands with Sophie's Laundry.

I started sending my laundry to Sophie's at the beginning of the pandemic. I had never had anyone else do my laundry before and I was a bit apprehensive, but after the first time I was hooked! They are on time with pick ups and drop offs. Nothing was ever lost and the clothes came back smelling so good. As an added bonus, the staff communicates with you via text and they are all so incredibly sweet. I highly recommend!
