  I would really recommend choosing mark as your tuner because of his customer service and his understanding for your tuning needs. the tuning process went really smooth and he’s very detailed when it comes to dialing the cars in with the data logs. I personally chose him as my tuner because he makes a safe conservative tune that has enough power to still be fast at the same time. I’ve been tuned by mark since january and i haven’t had any tune related problems with my car as it’s been pretty reliable just gotta keep up with maintenance.

  Mark took the time to go over everything with me on the phone and answered all my questions in a 30 minute phone call. Mark did an awesome job on tuning my car, it runs so much better, great power and so smooth when just cruising the highway.

  As one of Sonictuned's first few customers, I am still running strong on his reliable but powerful tune. After almost 3 years and 50,000 miles on his tune, my car has had no issues at all. Mark was very helpful as a first time owner getting a car tuned and we still stay in contact several years after my initial tune. He is very knowledgeable in the field and I went with him because of the master tech experience he had with Infiniti. If you are looking for a reliable tune, Sonictuned is the way to go. I have nothing but good things to say about Mark and is just a down to earth, no BS guy. Highly recommend!
