  Call before hand to check on amenities. There was no valet or instructions in front to direct parking. Was told that valet is only available on weekends.. also 10 credit on purchases doesn't include coffee bar. Location is very good. Rooms very comfortable. All plugs up to date. TV channels variety very good.

  Nice hotel. Nice amenities. But what stood out the most was how nice the valets were. Especially the shorter guy that runs to get your vehicle. Reminds me of when i used to be a valet and used to hustle and care about the customer. I wish I remembered his name but i did write down all 3 as i asked the receptionist who was also a very nice woman. So James Steven and Christopher kudos to you all. I only met two of the valets but I’m sure all three are great. The servers in the restaurant were also very nice and helpful. The gym was very nice. And my children had fun in the pool. Thank you Sonesta. Oh we were there for a dance competition where my daughter and her teammates all did very well. And that mall across the street was very nice as well.

  The hotel is located in White Plains near the mall. Except I spoke to or very helpful and accommodating. Everything seems very clean and well-attended. The hotel also offered shuttle service to the airport. Great service included in the room. Old all I kept this hotel for plus stars.p
