  I'm seeing some really bad reviews over the last year but in my experience, the staff was always friendly and really on top of their customer service. Man I wish I remember their names so I could shout them out here.

  Pretty good selection of glasses, but annoying staff. I don't like being watched as I leisurely try on glasses. Nor do I like trying on $135 pairs of glasses only to be told that my face would be better suited to a $400 pair. Just let people shop and only bother them if they ask to be bothered.

  I walked in looking to get a pair of sunglasses and the sales team was very helpful— great customer service. Although I spent over an hour looking for the perfect sunglasses and the sales team was very accommodating helping me out. It was a very personalized experience and I was walked out super happy with my pair and grateful for the service yesterday. 👏🏽💖
