  The staff here is unbelievable. Extremely professional and knowledgeable answered all my questions. They were able to bring the vision of what we need to a beautiful piece jewelry.   This jeweler and store awesome. They have custom made 2 separate pieces for my wife. Anchors with sapphires. They made based off a picture of another piece she wears. Top notch. Highly recommend!!!!

  We have used Snug Harbor Jewelry several times in the past and have always been very satisfied with the service. Recently we had to replace a diamond in my wife’s engagement ring.
  Mauricio went out of his way to make sure we got the stone we wanted.He showed us several stones on three separate occasions.He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.He was able to explain to us the difference in the different diamonds.Appointments were right on time .The ring looks fantastic. The staff are very friendly and professional. We highly recommend Snug Harbor Jewelry.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Snug Harbor Jewelry. Everyone that we encountered were true professionals & down to earth. Gina was a delight to work with… She understood our wishes and was very respectful of our budget and made us feel very comfortable with all of our questions. Mauricio is a true artist and never hesitated to answer any questions we had (I was a newbie to engagement ring shopping!). He made us feel like a million bucks, without having to spend that! We have purchased items from them over the years & will continue to do so for all of our jewelry needs!

  I have been going to Snug Harbor Jewelry for the last 10 years I have lived here. Mauricio and his staff are amazing! I have bought several pieces from them & get compliments on them all the time.
  Their quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and honest pricing are second to none!
  Each time I go in, they always remember me. They even remember some of the pieces I have purchased without even looking in their records!!!!!
  They have excellent customer service and excellent quality jewelry. I also love that they have a resident Cat at the store, named Onyx. They are a wonderful small family business who cares about their customers.
