  Can't say enough positive things about the folks who run this facility. When I was looking for a unit last year, I came in and Beth said something might be opening up in a day or two. I left my number, but didn't really expect a follow-up (none of the other local companies I inquired with ever did call me back). Sure enough, two days later, Beth called to let me know the unit was available. I am finally totally moved out of state and had some furniture that I didn't need and didn't have a way of getting rid of. I called and got a very helpful man (I have a feeling he's the owner) who made some calls and was able to arrange to have the remaining stuff removed for me, so I didn't have to make another 4 hour drive to MA to haul it out myself. Great service, kind people, happy customer.

  Nice safe place. Prices seem a bit high but it’s convenient.

There are a good number of security cameras and the owner's house is right next door, making it easy for him to check on the premises. They're prompt at returning calls, and very helpful.
