You know those gyms that have egos and automatically personalize everything you do once you join. Yikes a nightmare right,,, Here at SMT they make you family as soon as you walk through the door their energy Intergrity and morals speak volumes as they train the levels of classes daily. If your interested in Muay Thai and Kickboxing is somewhere in your lane of travel. Definitely make SMT your pitstop for growth and strength, hands down best gym in South Jersey. (May 16, 2023, 10:43 am)i wanted to join a boxing gym to better myself and get in shape and be more healthy, a co-worker of mine told me about this place and i’ve been going for a month now. it’s an awesome gym and everyone is very welcoming. there is all different skill levels and everyone is friendly. it’s a great place to go if your looking for a good workout or to learn something new and push yourself. the owner PJ is awesome and super friendly and helpful. he’s a great trainer! i would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to get into muay thai

I've always wanted to learn Muy Thai and SMT is slowly giving me that as with each class I learn more and more. Coach PJ is a very good coach that not only has the knowledge but does an extremely good job at breaking things down slowly and clearly to help teach the students. The other members are all very eager to help each other and there is great camaraderie making it a great environment to learn. Highly recommend!

He knows the game from A-Z and can help you achieve a goal you set up for yourself whether it is getting into a better shape or start competing. I highly recommend SMT Academy for yourself or your children, you won't regret it.
