  The receptionist was respectful and kind and patient during the initial call. I was able to get an appointment for my loved one rather quickly. There is parking behind this establishment. The office is clean, bright, serene, and airy. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. My loved one likes the services that they have received thus far. And I will be recommending this dental office to anyone who is looking to get great Dental Care.

  Nice people but I expect prompt service. If I come in for an appointment and right away give a heads up that my child will need a note for school it should’ve been completed either when we were called to the back or while we were in the back being seen. It wasn’t busy when I came in literally one person was in the waiting area. I missed my ride waiting for them to complete this simple note. How hard is it to pull up a template and print it out? The person who was initially at the front desk was the one who I had gave the heads up to when I first arrived.They didn’t have paper in the printer, which should’ve already been done before they even started seeing patients. I waited and watched this person do all of this only for a completely different person to come in and type up the note a few minutes later. Preparation is KEY. People have other places to BE.

  I feel Blessed to have found Dr. Srujana Eluri & her staff. They have Welcomed me with Comfort & Professionalism since day one. Dr. Eluri explains the procedure & makes sure it’s done right. I feel relaxed knowing she cares about her patients. I’m a Happy Patient with a big Smile & will be sure to recommend my family & friends. Thank you💖

  From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed! Everyone was friendly and thoroughly answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. I appreciate them working with my insurance. I highly recommend Smiles Dentistry to my family and friends.
