  Dr. Shack and staff are very accommodating. I didn't mind going in for dental work as it is a friendly office. They are very professional. Dr. Shack is the best dentist around hands down. I was in the Dental field for many years. I have had my front teeth and many other caps from her. That included implant caps. My husband had all his front teeth recapped. We have great smiles now! She does excellent work and is so proficient in what she does.

  The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! I have dental anxiety and they made me immediately feel safe and comfortable and checked in often if I'm doing okay :) I walked out with better knowledge on dental care and knowing how to better take care of my teeth!

  I've been a patient for over a year now and I'm happy to recommend Dr. Shack. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional and you usually don't have to wait to be seen when you arrive for your appointment.
  Dr. Shack has great bedside manner. Anne Marie is very thorough when cleaning and she was happy to explain how to brush and floss properly without rushing you through. Diane is always happy to help coordinate appointments.
  
  If you're looking for a new dentist, I think you should def consider the Smile Shack.

  I am so happy I switched to Dr. Shack's dental practice this year, where the team has resolved many of my long standing dental problems. It's a personal, low key environment and the tools used in the office are current. The administrative staff stays on top of finance and insurance compliance. Dr. Shack's work is meticulous. There are numerous dental offices out there; it's nice to have made the right choice!

  What a relief it is now that I am a patient at the Smile Shack! After years of being very unsatisfied with numerous dentists, their office and staff, etc. I am so thrilled to have found Dr. Shack and her team! From the beautiful, clean and well maintained office decor and atmosphere to the friendly and efficient staff - I am so relieved! They also offer plans that help if you do not have insurance and are incredibly patient - I ask A LOT of questions. Everyone was welcoming, warm and friendly. The hygienist Tracey was thorough and kind. She very much made a nervous and sensitive (teeth) feel at ease and handled my sensitivity with care. Dr. Shack herself was also very kind, sweet and knowledgeable. And last but not least, Diane at the front desk is such a pleasure! I inquired a bit and it seems like the staff have been together a long time and that to me says A LOT! Thankful to be back in regular treatment with such a pleasant team.
