  Dear Barbie and Stephanie- You have an outstanding organization and your people are fantastic. We have been using SP for over ten years and have always had a wonderful experience. Tony picked me up late two nights ago. He does a totally thorough job and is sincerely interested in the safety of your guests. He is an tremendous asset to your company.   Tried them out for the first time recently and came away happy with the service they provide. Parked my car at the lot then a van came by to pick me up moments later to take me to the airport which was only a few minutes itself. On my return I simply called the number provided to you by the driver that takes you to the airport. On the call you simply say you're ready to get picked up at the terminal and they dispatched a van to pick you up minutes later. Should be noted that they can only get you at designated areas in the airport. Once picked up, another few minutes back to the parking lot in which they drop you off right where you park. My car was in the same shape I left it so no complaints there. Heading out you stop by the gate first to pay and then you are off. All in all I will be back in the future when I travel again. I recommend them to anyone looking for parking for Philly international.

  They were perfect! Everything ran smoothly. No wait time once we arrived.
  The shuttle took us right away to the airport. We waited only 5 mins for the shuttle when we returned to Philly. I would highly recommend Smart Park and I will definitely use them again.

  I had always used the economy lot at the airport but with it being limited I tried smart park on a recommendation. I am very happy with the service, everyone (and I do mean everyone) we interacted with was pleasant and professional. Driver that took us to airport was very knowledgeable and driver that picked us up was super efficient, as was the dispatcher that made sure we got the last four seats of the van that was just exiting the pickup area. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Thanks so much for making our travels alittle easier!

  We used Smart Park when my family and I went to California for my sons wedding We had a great experience with Smart Park!! My stress level was already high due to the upcoming wedding. I wanted to find a place to leave my car that was affordable, reliable, convenient and safe. Smart Park was just what I was looking for and more! Everyone was friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable leaving my car parked on their secured lot while we were out of town. When we arrived back from our get away at almost midnight, I just had to call the phone number they gave to get a shuttle to come pick us up. The driver named Tony, came to get us right away. Tony was friendly even at such a late hour. He made sure our luggage was safely placed in the shuttle and took us right to our car. He even helped carry our luggage from the shuttle to our car. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.On our way out of the lot, the cashier was also a friendly gentleman who welcomed us back home with a big smile. I would recommend Smart Park to everyone!!
