  SLM did an amazing job! I brought my car to them with gunk that was stuck to it that I could not get off. Bill & his team did an excellent job and my car was looking like new when I got it back! I highly recommend SLM and will be using them again in the future!

  Bill and the team at SLM have been keeping my cars looking terrific from my 1999 Lexus (no easy feat) to my wife's Honda Accord and my Acura RDX. I get them all detailed twice a year and has been worth every penny as they all look fantastic. Detailing a car is not about vanity but protecting the value.
  When I took the plunge and purchased a new BMW X5 Bill recommended a ceramic coat. While certainly not inexpensive the first time it rained I knew it was worth every dollar. When it stopped raining and there was not a drop on my car and any dirt there had washed away I was amazed.
  Bill and the team are passionate about what they do and it shows in their work!
  
  Update: This ceramic coating is insane. Three weeks after the ceramic coating, in winter, not washed, and the car still looks clean.

  Where do I begin?! So, I was referred to Bill @ SLM after I had inquired several estimates/ prices from 3 other places & was feeling a little bummed that I’d maybe not be able to get what I needed done due to the prices i’d been given. I knew I wasn’t willing to take it somewhere & pay within my budget if I wasn’t going to be happy, so I held off. And boy am I so glad I did! A huge thing for me when it comes to doing business, is the way someone(s) treats me. I hate going somewhere & the people are just short with you, have attitudes, make you feel uncomfortable or like you’re annoying them, etc etc. Bill literally made me feel like a friend or family! So, anyway, my friend referred me to SLM & made a phone call to Bill & I stopped by the same day! I immediately knew this was the place I wanted to take my car to. Bill was personable, super friendly, outgoing, & answered every question I had & most of all, he was fair & had unbeatable prices. He’s extremely honest which I genuinely appreciate because there’s a lot of businesses like this who will lie to you to make you spend more money. Nope, not bill! He also was very honest in terms of expectations & what can or cannot be done within my budget/ time frame but also reassured me I’d be very happy. My expectations were blown out of the water to say the least! I had a lot of faith I’d be happy but I was even happier than expected. My car was returned in better shape than when I bought it. They cleaned every nook & cranny, inside & out! They even cleaned my kids car seats, which was such a simple but huge gesture for me. It’s things like that, that seal the deal for me. They pulled stains from the headliner & got every crum out of the interior. My “dulled” black color exterior, had been brought back to life & looked vibrant & bright. Vehicles are like second homes… we spend a lot of time in them & they’re kind of part of who you are! I almost dont even want to drive it that’s how clean it is! 🤣 No, but really they did a phenomenal job with my car, I couldn’t be happier & can’t recommend them more! I wish I had gotten a before picture to compare. Thanks SLM, I’ll be back again soon!

  Bought a new car and the vehicle came with a bunch of personal business advertisement vinyl decals for the previous owner's business that were affixed to both sides of the vehicle on the paint of both rear doors and rear quarter panels, as well as on the rear rain guards above windows. Bill did an excellent job of removing both these huge vinyl decals that spanned half of the car on either side as well as all of the other decals and stickers on the vehicle. After removal I was worried there would be an outline of the vinyl lettering on the car but Bill was not only able to remove any trace of the stickers & outline but also gave the paint a mirror like finish! I was especially surprised that he was able to remove the old and deteriorated stickers from the plastic rain guards and even shined them up without any damage to the plastic guard itself! The car looks great and the price for the whole job was very affordable and turned out way above my expectations! Will 100% be bringing the car back for a full vehicle detail as well as telling anyone and everyone to contact SLM for any and all automotive detail needs!!! 10/10 recommended business! Thank you very much Bill @ SLM Detail for the awesome job!!!
