  Tracy is a true blessing in my life. I came in with a problem way over my head and she was able to direct me to some other professionals who could help me psychologically. In the meantime she has improved my mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical health immensely since I have been meeting with her over the past year and a half. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and explains it in a way comprehendible to me. She is always learning or getting new certifications to make sure she is providing the best, most informed care possible. She is a person who is able to give feedback while gently pulling things out of my story that I often don't recognize as issues. She helps connect the dots and suggests great ways to make manageable changes in my lifestyle to help better my situation and habits. So Grateful for her to be on this healing journey along side me!

  I truly believe that it was divine intervention that brought me to Tracy during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. Tracy is extremely knowledgeable about mental health, the brain and the central nervous system. I have learned so much about what makes me tick and why I tick the way I do! She is compassionate, empathetic, nonjudgmental and professional. Her unique coaching style is like nothing I've experienced before. She truly has a gift. Since working with Tracy, my parenting skills have greatly improved. The tools she has taught me are invaluable. I look forward to continuing my healing journey with Tracy.

  Tracy is amazing and truly changed my life, I don’t know where I would be without having gone to see her a little over a year ago. With my whole heart and soul I recommend starting working with her!!!

  Tracy has helped me prepare for college over the past year or so. I do not know what I would’ve done with out her. I have gone to several therapists, but none of them were able to help me the way Tracy did. Her hollistic life coach approach works wonders. 🫶
