(December 2, 2022, 8:32 pm)I was relatively new to the area and every time I saw ads for SLAM Bucks County, I thought to myself, “I wish I had a friend nearby to go try that with!” That thought almost kept me from taking the plunge, but I’m so glad it didn’t. I’ve enjoyed going to SLAM for a month now. I didn’t need a friend to attend with, I made friends as soon as I walked in the door! Motherhood immediately bonded us and I felt understood and supported before the workouts started. It is a judgment free zone.
Jessica challenges us in the workouts and provides a ton of variety. She pushes me to do movements I do not normally like to do when I’m working out alone (because they’re hard). I also love that she provides tons of options to scale up or down, allowing for individualization.
Jessica has a gift as a coach to create a community between all levels physically and at all stages of motherhood. Moreover, I love that she is invested in her “mamas” as whole people. Motherhood can be isolating and all-consuming at times and SLAM provides an outlet and a support network in one.
Come join us! You won’t regret coming, only that you didn’t come sooner! -

The workouts are perfect for moms of all stages - pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Total judgement free zone with modifications for all levels. Jessica is highly qualified and knowledgable and caters workouts to everyone's needs. She really is the best instructor you could ask for! We are a positive bunch and welcoming to all. There really is zero reason you shouldn't try it out if you aren't sure. Kids of all ages welcome! We also have moms night out, coffee dates, play dates, and more. I'm so glad Jess started this community! Come join!
