(August 1, 2023, 10:02 am)Customer service? Stand behind the warranty?? I purchased a mission trailer with a tilt bed in April of 2020. The cylinder that dampens the tilt has never functioned. I have contacted Skyline and have spoke with both Ryan and Jessica over a dozen times, each call ending with a promise to call me back or the part was ordered or they will have to charge me for a warranty part that is covered. At this point I have given them all the civil opportunity to do the right thing. Save yourself the hassle and take your money elsewhere.

Since my original posting both Mission and Skyline worked to provide/deliver and install the defective part. Ryan was very apologetic and sincere in taking ownership for the delay in addressing a warranty issue. -

Little longer background:
We had a very specific need for an enclosed trailer. This was a slightly unusual situation, but Ryan understood immediately what we needed and with that understanding and his clear desire to match us with just the right product for the unique situation we had, he gave us perfect advice. Had he been a traditional "Salesman" he could have easily spotted many opportunities in this engagement to up-sell or over sell to us. Instead at every turn, his approach was to direct us to the absolute best fit for what we needed and to make every aspect of the engagement and transaction as smooth, honest and ethical as possible! -

Ryan was knowledgeable, prompt, professional and answered all of my questions, the MANY questions that I had. Making a big purchase like a dump trailer it is nice to feel like the person selling you trailer cares, Ryan did just that. John and Adrian hooked up the trailer in the parking lot and walked me through all of its features. I’ll be buying all of my personal and work equipment from these guys moving forward! Thank you!

(September 26, 2022, 4:23 pm)I wish I could rate them 500 stars. I don't normally write reviews unless something moves me. A few days ago, I bought an EZ- HAULER 7x16 enclosed from Skyline Equipment. The trailer is EXACTLY what I was looking for and at a great price! The real reason for the review is the staff here. I had several terrible experiences with trailer dealers prior to coming here but Ryan restored my beliefs that there are still good people in the world. Ryan was upfront and honest right from the start and went way above and beyond to make sure i had the right trailer for me, not just to sell a trailer. Jess handled the paperwork for finance and MVC. She was also great to work with and explained everything as i was signing. I hands down would recommend them to anyone!
