  Phenomenal service and care, the staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and helpful. It was a pleasant experience, I've been there several times and prefer Skylands urgent care to my primary doctor, my entire family goes there. Although the doctor wasn't able to remove my ingrown toenail, she was able to get me an immediate appointment with a podiatrist same day. They really went above and beyond, I highly recommend!!!

  Omgosh, Liz is the best. She is always so friendly and takes her job seriously. She had to remove a throne from my foot and was so great about it. I wish I had her as my primary. Staff is also very nice

  The office/entryway/waiting room was clean and organized. I was greeted right away and registered quickly. I only waited a few minutes as they were not busy. The tech took vitals and notes promptly and the provider came in within 5 minutes. She was courteous and thorough. Called in my rx as promised as well. Everything was simple! I would go back again if I had to!

  This was my first experience with Skylands Urgent Care of Franklin. It was such a seamless, efficient, and overall incredible encounter. The staff is incredible. They are very caring and outgoing and make sure you get the care you need without making you wait a long time. The doctor was very thorough as well. I will most definitely be a returning patient. Great job guys. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had a great experience at this urgent care location today. I was able to book a same-day appointment on their website, which was user-friendly and convenient. The staff were all so helpful, professional and very friendly. Also, I love that the location is only a 10 minute drive from my home.
