  I am giving Patt Gajda 4.75 stars, nothing is completely perfect but this was a wonderful experience. I sent out 4 messages regarding selling my home. Patt Gajda was one of two to respond. The first, a gentlemen, definitely white collar wanted nothing to do with my listing, preferred modern contemporary townhouses & condos to my 100 year old house, simply made an appearance & left a business card. Patt arrived w/ the original pictures of the house & immediately noticed multiple changes. We walked the property, she took notes, investigated upgrades & provided opinions & selling points. She asked questions, Listened, provided feedback, a summary, offered a direction to sell & asked my opinion. After several days & conversations I amended her summary to include one negative aspect & why. We agreed it was important for potential buyers. It was refreshing for a realtor to listen, recognize & agree w/out conflict the importance of necessary information, even though negative to give buyers an upfront experience w/ no surprises. This proved to be a rewarding direction from the feedback, there was little or no concern about it but everyone appreciated the honesty. I had 54 viewings that weekend w/ 4 offers presented. I instructed Patt to counteroffer. She did so w/out hesitation, opinion, commentary or conflict & we had a contract. She followed that up w/ all the necessary documentation, communication & information needed to complete the transaction. She was/is thorough, insightful and wonderful to deal w/, if you will, a blue collar realtor who puts her clients needs first to ensure their complete satisfaction & I thank her.

  Patt was amazing! She made us at ease with the whole home-buying process and was always willing to talk to us to answer all of our questions. We definitely highly recommend her!

  I was very happy with my experience with Skye Mountain. Patt (my agent) gave me very good support. I was picky about the house I wanted and we looked at a good number of them. She was very patient, thoughtful and honest. I got a great deal on a great house and I love it! I would highly recommend Skye Mountain to anynoe. Thanks so much Patt!

  We recently bought our first home through Skye Mountain. (The first realtor we met was representing a seller and was noticeably uninterested after we did a walk through and then gave an offer on a condo. They never returned our calls or email.) We never bought a home before and needed a lot of help. My husband Mark decided to call Skye Mountain and they were fabulous. Paris called us right back even though she was on vacation at the time, and did everything she could to get us on track. She never hesitated to answer our questions and help us learn the ropes. Talking to her was like talking to my best friend; I felt like I had known her for years. She introduced us to Patt , who was so sweet and helpful every time we needed her, to show us more homes and give advice. She was easily reachable 24 hours a day 7 days a week and even on holidays ! We did finally find our dream home and Paris was back to meet us for our walk through before the closing. I am so thankful for both of them, I don't think we would have been successful it it weren't for these knowledgeable, dedicated, warm and friendly women.

  Patt is an amazing realtor. I'm so happy we found her! We were selling a house and buying another and found Patt randomly online. I will absolutely be looking for her for our next sale/purchase and recommending her to friends. She was incredibly knowledgeable and reliable, was pleasant to work with, gave us solid advice, showed up to everything, was patient with us, and was with us every step of the way. She really made the process smooth and painless and I don't have a single complaint.
