  This shop rocks! Kyle was running solo today, bikes back to back to back, and he was still able to get me back on the mountain in about an hour with an out of the world brake bleed on my TRP DHRs. They're even better than when they were new! Also fun and great convos with all who walked in while I was there! Definitely going back for when I need service! Thanks again Kyle!

  Despite the incredibly demanding pressure of running a bike shop next to a bike park, Kyle and the gang continue to provide almost immediate turn around on complex services that no other bike shops in the area provide. They provide top notch service to riders and bikes of all kinds and do not discriminate based on your set up or experience level. Excellent and inviting locals vibe where all are welcome. You get honest answers without any upselling, but are always provided every option available.

  Today was the first time my daughter and I went to mountain creek bike park. Needed to rent a bike for my daughter and was told by a few friends to try this place before renting at creek. I'm glad I did. Got there this morning and the guy was super friendly and helpful. Hooked my daughter up with an awesome custom built bike. The bike worked flawlessly all day. Great service. Great pricing. Will definitely go here next time we go to mountain creek.

  The bees knees, this guy knows a good bike tune up, I will be a customer to this holistic bicycle healer. Epic customer service - way better than creek. This guy is the man!!!! Will be back again and again

  Mountain Creek was out of downhill bikes for a Sunday in July. We looked to the local area to find some and were lucky enough to find Skids. Skids had super fair pricing, their staff were passionate and knowledgeable, they gave us local recommendations, helped us out with our gear, never made us feel uncomfortable with asking questions and were welcoming. They went above and beyond what I have ever expected of a local rental shop and I will absolutely recommend them, and I aim to be a long time customer.
  
  Conversely the staff at Mountain Creeks shop were a bit pretentious, and dismissive when speaking to them in person and on the phone.
