Call center was extremely responsive and professional. Technicians were very good and answered all our questions. Pricing was a bit higher then I expected but it was an after hours service. All in all great experience and I highly recommend them.
Had a great experience! Called when the pump alarm went on and a service tech was at our house 2 hours later. He replaced the circuit board (an insect shorted it out), and replaced the pump in no time. Thx!
I was very impressed by Jon's knowledge and way of going about his business. A grinder pump is a key piece of infrastructure, not to mention an expensive one, in any home and you want to know you are talking to someone who knows his stuff! This company is AMAZING. They are technically superb, knowledgeable and come when you need them. Jon Smith was efficient, kind, thoughtful and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. The administrative staff was responsive and polite and scheduled my emergency apointment efficiently. I can't tell you enough good about this company.
