They packed up the whole unit and the drivers kept in communication with me to let me know there arrival time. Once they arrived the unloaded the stuff where I needed it and made unpacking real easy. Highly recommend this company.

(May 7, 2023, 1:57 pm)I have not even started our move yet. This company has terrible customer service and terrible communication. Go with a local mover or Hilldrup moving. I will update review after we actually start moving but right now 0 stars if possible.
Update: The movers were awesome. Very polite and worked with us on everything. Driver and the main mover was there to load and unload so that was nice. The lack of communication in the beginning and the lack of care by the office staff is the only reason they do not get 5 stars. If I only had to deal with the driver, movers, and Roger then this would have been a 5 star move. I would recommend using this company just make sure that all details are in writing and finalized before the move. -

They handled a local move for me on 3/16/23, and they could not have been more courteous, professional, pleasant, careful, and respectful. They did an outstanding job. They were so thorough and careful of my belongings and respectful to me. Thank you, guys, you were WONDERFUL. Thank you also to Bob Wells for his courtesy and reassurance visiting my home to give me an estimate and answering my many follow-up questions, and to Taeler and Diana in the office for their kind assistance.
