  The woman working there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had my lamp fixed in record time. The store is beautiful. Very highly recommended.

  Lamp repair was done very professionally and for a very reasonable cost. The owner explained to me thoroughly what they had done for the repair. 5 Stars!!!

  Couldn’t be happier! I had a hanging light that was not purchased from Simply Electrifying that I needed the cord lengthened on. It was a small job on a product not bought from them, and they communicated with me throughout the couple week process, got the modification done at the perfect time, and treated me as if I was a much more serious customer.

  This is NOT a big-box store! The service is beyond friendly, and they offer merchandise that is the reason discerning individuals shop local. Excellent repair on my old lamp. Check out their custom-made shades.
