  My lower back was hurting me after working out. My pain was isolated to my lower back with sciatica. I tried cold and hot compresses, stretching, the roller, and anti-inflammatory agents for the first few days. After no relief, I went to see Dr. Jon. Over 8 sessions, the pain became less severe. Jon recommended stretching with Barbara at Muscle and Soft Tissue Therapy. I had 2 sessions with Barbara and saw Dr. Jon before each session. I am nearly 90% better. I was able to go back to take my GTX classes at Lifetime. Even after my back is 100%, I will continue tune-ups and keep my back healthy.

  I was in a lot of pain from work related labor. They fixed me up. Also his lab work found things that other doctors did not. I am in better health now in my 40's then in my 20's. THANKS

  Dr Jon is simply THE BEST! I have been a new person since going to him in 2020. He is truly one of my favorite people on the planet as well as the best chiropractor I know. Thank you for always taking such good care of me, Jon. I am so thankful for all of your help!

  Dr Jon has been taking care of me & my family for about 20 years. He has helped me in so many ways, lower back, neck pain, shoulder pain, tennis elbow..etc. He finds the causes of the issues & doesn't just treat your symptoms. I would highly recommend him! He's the best crack in town!!!!

  Dr. Jon is the best chiropractor I have ever worked with and an all around terrific guy. His adjustments are amazing. He uses techniques that I've never experienced before and the results are like someone turned the lights back on. Immediate relief and energy.
