  I've met with Courtney Kassis over the past 4 months and have learned so much more than I've learned my whole life about health and nutrition. My LDL is down 20 and I've lost 35lbs. Courtney has been very responsive and supportive and is quick to respond to my many questions.   Courtney Kassis in Limerick Pa office in PMA for Simplex Health has been supportive and very knowledgeable. My AIC has vastly improved in these 6 months and have lost 58 lbs. I highly recommend!!

  My doctor recommended I meet with Courtney Kassis at Simplex to address health issues that have begun to accompany my "metabolically damaged self". I was hesitant to see a nutritionist and skeptical because Ive tried Keto and the rest with poor results. Courtney has helped me fine tune a nutrition plan that isnt a "diet". There's no real sacrifice in following it either. Its a matter of simply paying more attention to and being responsible about what carbs and sugars I consume. It IS actually a lifestyle (cliche but true in this case)
  In the first month I was down nearly 20 pounds. Second month another 5 so far. (ok I went on vacation and well... with her plan I bounced right back so...)
  I highly recommend giving them a chance. They make everything so uncomplicated. Forget the counting and the measuring and dont worry if you slip up (unlike KETO). Have what you want but be responsible. Pretty easy stuff. Follow up has been great. Always happy to answer any questions Ive had along the way.

  I struggle with my blood pressure and staying in shape with my weight and my figure. my body doesnt bounce back quite like it used to. I found Simplex Health and they showed me how to change my eating habits and now I am back on track and have lost pounds and inches and better than that my health and especially my blood pressure is much better too.
