(August 12, 2023, 6:43 am)We could not be happier with how Simple Charm worked with us and our time line. I cannot recommend them enough if you’re looking to get your floors done. We ran into a few issues with the manufacturer and their flooring and Justin look care of everything for us and fought to get us a new product and opened a claim against the company and was able to make everything happen that needed to so we were able to pay nothing out of pocket. They have a great group of guys who were great with our son and our dogs as well. Highly recommend :)

Jon and the installers were very professional, showed up on time and delivered a great end result. Our family and friends were both impressed by the new floors and the difference they made in our house. We couldn’t be happier with how the floors came out and look forward to working with Simple Charm Flooring again! -

(April 18, 2023, 11:16 am)Justin was extremely informative and helpful choosing the best product for our needs and look. His installers were (and are) AWESOME, knowledge, thorough, helpful, careful, and an overall delight. It was cheaper, and way more convenient, to replace our floors rather than refinishing and fixing our old ones. Plus now we have floors that are waterproof and wide planks. Our new floors are MAGNIFICENT (as well as protected against the water damage and puppy pee that ruined our old floors)!!!

Justin gave me great advice for my specific needs at my new home and really assisted me in choosing the perfect floors. At install his team was efficient and professional. I was very impressed and I highly recommend using their services, you won’t be disappointed!

(November 11, 2022, 6:26 am)Simple Charm did an A++ job throughout the entire process. No hassle and straight forward, no surprises. We are very happy with their work and product, and we would highly recommend. Justin was great to work with and communicated clearly, his staff is very friendly and left everything tidy and clean. Justin offered an upgrade option for a built in vent (see pic) which really turned out amazing as it is built to your size needed and to match the stain color of the floor. Having just completed a custom home build and working with many contractors of all shapes and sizes, I will tell you this is how they all should operate. Thanks!
