I have always had a great and professional experience when I visit this group of dentist. Recently my experience even went up to 5 stars. I was just wowed at not only their professionalism, but I had a new dentist work on my teeth, and he floored me away with how he treated me and made me feel. He is the youngest dentist at this office, and if memory serves me right, his name was Dr. Steven Simonetti, but he sure does know what he is doing. His assistant and he work great together, and I believe her name was Susan, but I walked out of there wanting to highly recommend this place, especially this doctor to ALL.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Bob for almost a decade. I’ve had dentists that caused a lot of damage and pain when I was younger. I’ve easily had 10+ root canals and I can’t even count the additional work. A few issues are even from poor work done by other dentists since I was a child. I was terrified of dentists. Dr Bob has been gentle and patient and always concerned with me being comfortable. He’s worked with me when I didn’t have dental insurance, more concerned with dental health problems getting worse if I waited until I had insurance coverage. He puts his patients first. I can’t praise him and his office enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have 2 locations and I’ve had great experiences in both offices. They’ve become family!
Dr Rich is GREAT! I am a new patient and after plenty of dentists I have found my home. After a problem with previous work that needed an emergency visit my dentist would not see me for it, Dr Rich got me right in that day. He even stayed late to see me at 8pm at night. He treated me as if I had been going there for years and I didn't feel a thing. He reassured me it would all be OK and it was. I will never go anywhere else. His crew is amazing and always making sure you are comfortable. Thanks guys!!!
