  I absolutely loved this place! My wife and I took my dad for the weekend, and we couldn't ask for a better experience.
  
  When we arrived, we were greeted with a great big smile by the wonderful Keifa who checked us in and helped get us situated. Throughout our stay, her positive energy and desire to help was evident. She was a kind and sweet person and really did a nice job.
  
  We were also welcomed by the motel Proprietor Alex and the Executive Director Ali. Both were pleasant and welcoming.
  
  This apparently was an old motel that had run its course a long time ago. The renovation was outstanding! From the cool and hip lobby to the stylish rooms. The attention to details truly enhanced our experience.
  
  The waterfront was right there! You couldn't beat the view. The beach was right there with chairs and chaise longues waiting for visitors to take in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
  
  The grounds were pretty, neat, colorful and well kept.
  
  There was also a cafe that was opened for part of the day. I have to say that they had the best croissants I have ever had and some nice coffee as well.
  
  Kimberly, who was in charge of Guest Services, was also a tremendous help throughout the stay. She was on top of everything and a tremendous professional. It was obvious that she was excellent at her job.
  
  Kimberly also arranged for a golf cart to take my elderly father to Eddy's which was the restaurant on the grounds. This was very helpful and appreciated.
  
  The dinner at Eddy's was fantastic and delicious. Our server Farod was truly a gem. He was attentive to our needs, made great recommendations, was professional and personable. He even took my father back to the his room with a golf cart and ensured that he got back safely.
  
  Overall, we were so satisfied with this experience and truly can't wait to return. This will be a place for us to visit for many years to come.

  Casual elegance at its best with such attention to detail. Perfectly appointed, quiet & comfortable rooms gave a modern twist to a retro feel. Warm and welcoming management and staff, fabulous landscaping and a great beach front restaurant. We see many more visits here in our future.

  A perfect stay. We celebrated our anniversary here, and we highly recommend it. Super cozy and nostalgic, everything is brand new, and they have a private beach you can enjoy a swim in. And…you must try the food at Eddie’s Oyster Bar here in the resort. We had the lobster sandwich and it was out of this world!

  What a gembox of a “motel!” The love and attention that must have been lavished on its recent renovation is apparent. Water-front rooms and bungalows with a relaxed beach vibe. Impeccable service, with an excellent coffee/pastry bar on site for the am. A private waterfront bar/restaurant with oysters plucked that morning from the waters you’ll swim in later that day. (The tiles on the bar date back to the 70’s.). Local beers and wines and a pizza oven truck using local clams on their pies. Complimentary bicycles make for a short ride into Greenport. Bocce/pétanque courts with a sea view. Binoculars in every room to watch the ospreys soar and dive into the water. Two swimming platforms. Fire pits at night. Highly recommend.

  This hidden gem has undergone a breathtaking renovation.
  The first thing that struck me was the impeccable attention to detail evident throughout the property. The renovations have transformed this historic hotel into a modern oasis while still preserving its original charm. The rooms exuded a sense of tranquility and luxury, offering a blend of contemporary aesthetics and classic elegance.
  What truly sets this hotel apart is the personalized touch and genuine warmth provided by the owners. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and pampered.
  The staff members were attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile.
  Beyond the impeccable service, the hotel's amenities were top-notch.
  I highly recommend this place!
