  Nancy of Silver Key was absolutely wonderful in helping my Mom to be Medicaid approved. She knew all the details of the approval process and helped explain all the ins and out. I could not have done this without her help.

  I recommend this facility for anyone requiring Medicaid assistance. They are phenomenal, Shout out to Ava who was extremely helpful with the initial process. And especially Sophie Lerner, she was an absolute gem. Patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. She walked me through every document, every piece of paper, literally doing everything. As I knew really nothing about the process, She handled everything perfectly and explained it so I could understand what we needed to do, while keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I could have never began to do this daunting task by myself or ask for anyone better. I'd have given her 10 stars if I could. SilverKey is lucky to have her

  I was very pleased with everything I did with Silver Key. My contact was very personal, always keeping in touch with anything worth mentioning and helping me with the complex paperwork of the finances. Rikki was fabulous. She knew exactly what to do in every situation. Personal calls when needed. I don't think I could have negotiated the process myself and am delighted there is an organization that can help you get through. It was an experience I hope I never have to repeat, but it was truly worth it in the long run. I would (indeed, I already have) highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.   My Dad and I worked with Silver Key to help my Mom who is in a long term nursing facility. She requires 24 hour care due to her complex medical needs. The administrator who runs the nursing facility where my Mom stays recommended we talk to Silver Key to explore our options.
