  Such incredible and insightful instructors! Had a blast and the weather was PERFECT for my first lesson. Can’t wait to get back in the water with David and Tahj! Highly HIGHLY recommend Sierra Surf School.

  If you’re not surfing with David you’re missing out. I had an absolutely amazing time and gained a lot of confidence in just one session. No matter what your skill level is he will help you improve. He truly cares about you having a good time and becoming a strong surfer. 10/10 I recommend to everyone

  Haven’t surfed in surfed since I moved to New York 2 years ago and I’m glad to say I’ve found myself a new community. Best environment, best people. David is super accomodating and a joy to surf with :)) highly recommend for surfers from all walks of life / those who are interested in beginning their journey now!

  Both my daughter and husband have taken lessons here. David is great! He is easy to work with, encouraging, knowledgable, and patient. He loves his job and it shows through in his approach to teaching. We will definitely be back for more lessons. All of the other instructors reflect his methods and are equally easy and fun to be with. Thank you for helping us join the surf community!

  Awesome school with highly competent instructors who really love surfing, and love helping people gain confidence and skill. My 8 year old was so scared at first. But David was extremely patient, encouraging, and tried all different methods to make him comfortable. Now he’s excited as he continues to learn.
