If you want someone to encourage you, push you and get you to a level of fitness you did not think possible, then Kieran is your man!

My skills have developed tremendously through focusing on my technique and shooting. I gained the ability to put those skills to use in games and became a lot more confident with the ball. (December 11, 2022, 4:24 pm)I did a few 1-2-1 training sessions this past season with Kieran to improve my technique, sprint speed and strength which majorly impacted my on-field playing. The sessions were fun and challenging. I highly recommend.
