Everyone from the doctor, therapists, nurses, clerical, recrational, and every other staff member was soo comforting, hospitable, professional, and helpful!

(June 20, 2022, 9:47 am)Edit.... Since my original bad review, I had a nurse from palliative care call and speak to Shriners. Then I recieved a phone call from management who apologized and explained there was a severe miscommunication over this. Shriners was under the impression from our dr referral that we wanted surgery. That is not the case. They have agreed to do a consult with my daughter and hopefully give her the help she so desperately needs.
Original post.....My daughter has a severe curvature to her spine which is causing difficulties with her internal organs. She needs a back brace but Shriners said, "we will not see her due to her complexities. We will refer her to boston childrens." They didn't even try. Just refused to see her. I tried reasoning with them but was shot down. I am extremely disappointed as my daughter will not survive a surgery (which is what Boston childrens would do). I feel like they could have least seen her before deciding they wont help her. -

(August 22, 2021, 2:54 am)I went here about 2 years ago and have a follow up soon and the staff who were caring for me at my appointment were amazing and explained how things worked and explained what the plan was to us and made it comprehensible to us. The staff also had a sense of humor and I myself loved that as I am sarcastic with a huge sense of humor. Overall great experience.
