  I ORDERED MY TICKETS ON LINE ANS JUST WALKED RIGHT IN. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY ,ALSO THERE WAS A WOMEN ON DEC 16 @ 7PM AT THE BOX OFFICE WHO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS. I THINK SHE WAS THE MANAGER.
  AGAIN AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME.

  Pretty decent theater, clean and organized however what's the point of having a Starbucks present if no one is there to man the station? When you do finally hunt down an employee, they're out of small and medium cups, regular drip coffee, milk, etc. like come on! The female Asian employee was obviously annoyed to have to actually work and I could tell silently rejoiced when I told her to just forget it. Hire people who want to do the work, please.

  Good food and fast service. Although I find the seating and theaters a little out dated. The restaurant and bar area is pretty nice as well. Great parking and perfect location. The smiles from the staff is very inviting and refreshing 😊

  Wife and I went to see the new Spider Man movie on opening night, so we expected large crowds. Location is convenient, Ridge Hill has become a popular destination. Due to the large crowds, the concession/food stands were SWAMPED. TIP #1 - Order foot through the app. Ordering and picking up took a total of about 5 min. We skipped hundreds of people! So yea, order on the app. The theater we were in was nothing special. No reclining seats etc. Each party had a seat or two between them so that was nice. It reminded me of the old school theater experience. Really nothing special.
  
  The pictures are from a fire alarm that went off in the middle of previews. We had to leave the building and then wait about 30min to be able to get back in. The theater offered free tickets as an apology upon reentry, so that was nice also.
