  I would highly recommend family & friends to Dr. Powers, Shoreham Smile. I have a terrible fear of dentists & he definitely made me feel comfortable enough to handle my dental anxiety.

  My experience at Shoreham Smiles was incredibly smooth. I went in for a tooth extraction and Dr. Powers was very thorough in explaining the process. He made sure that I was not feeling pain and that I understood what was happening for each step. His assistants were very nice and made my dental experience more enjoyable than recent memory. Go to Shoreham Smiles if you’re looking for a pleasant experience!

  I am always a little anxious going to the dentist but Dr. Powers & his staff are extremely welcoming, kind & friendly!! I had been going to a different dentist for years but recently switched to Shoreham Smiles. I was a bit reserved at first but Dr. Powers is very knowledgeable & explains things thoroughly. The office is beautiful, clean & very up to date with state-of-the-art equipment. Taking my x-rays impressed me because my old dentist's office took some time to develop them & then hung the films on a lighted board so seeing them instantly on a computer screen was pretty neat. Lynn is a fantastic dental hygienist. Julianna, the dental assistant, really knows her stuff & seems to be a great help to Dr. Powers. Dawn, the front desk receptionist, always has a warm smile for all when they walk in. I would definitely recommend Shoreham Smiles....Dr. Powers & his staff go above & beyond!!

  Starting at the top...Dentist Powers is young, fresh and takes teeth seriously. I have been seeing this practice for a very long time, so I am a very discerning client. I love the fact that Dr. Powers takes his time, and makes sure your at ease with procedures needed..he is low key. He always has a great manner and his light hearted conversation is always welcome.
  On to the receptionist ,Dawn. I call her my Dental Receptionist / Dating / Travel Consultant. Not only is she adept at scheduling and Billing, she is the easiest going lovely individual who listens to you from the moment you walk in to your exit. She is so easy going and I always feel like she is a friend. Her expertise with insurance
  and billing is top notch.
  The general office is always spotless, and during Covid the office was totally on board with protection for the patients.
  The dental hygienist do their best with keeping your teeth looking their best and helping you make your smiles as bright as they can be.
  There is nothing Dr.Powers won't do to help make your teeth the best they can be.

  I have been using Shoreham Smiles for a long time. When you visit this office, you are taken at the time of your appointment! There is no waiting; and, it is a very personable experience. Yesterday, I brought my three year old son for his first dental appointment ever. Lynn, Dawn, and Dr. Powers were amazing. Lynn explained everything to him using kid friendly terminology. He did amazing and smiled the whole time! The office relieved my fear of going to the dentist and started my son on a great path. Cannot say enough good things about this office.
