  My 9 year old daughter has been going to Sheridan for a few months and she really loves it. They have great teachers and students with diverse background. Not only they teach jujitsu skills, they also teach student to be grateful for their life and be respectful for others. Highly recommended!!

  Ive been coming now for a couple of months and it has simply been amazing! From the extremely dedicated instructors to all of the fellow members that attend, you are always guaranteed to learn & get a great workout all while being surrounded by great people! And the range of times that classes are offered from early morning to later at night is by far one of the best!

  Sheridan BJJ is a great gym. The instructors and members are all really supportive as you learn. The classes are a lot of fun and you get a good workout.
  
  If you want to forget all about your workday, go to one of the evening classes. 10 minutes in, you'll forget you have a job.

  My child attends Sheridan Jiu Jitsu and really enjoys it. The instructor Alex is kind, encouraging and a great explainer. While he takes his time to explain the moves and the physics involved he doesn't belabor the explanations; rather he knows the students will get the most of our actually practicing the moves. Alex doesn't overly police the kids while they are sparring either. But he is always watching to make sure they are properly and fairly practicing the moves they have just been taught. My child has met kids from other towns and schools and likes having friends outside of school. My child has also gained self-confidence - in herself and her jiu jitsu skills.
  
  It's a friendly, clean studio with a bench for parents to watch.
  
  I hope that my child continues with jiujitsu. The pricing is on par with having twice-weekly lessons and any communications I have had with the office have been speedy.

  Sheridan has quickly become a home away from home - a great community of practitioners trained by excellent professors and leadership. With a focus on core values and gratitude, BJJ at Sheridan is more than just a great martial art form and workout, but also a whole person education.
