  Shelby Mobley has been my agent for over 12 years. Over those years, Ms. Mobley has always been very professional, giving the best advice on how to take advantage of numerous discounts with our home and auto policies, and I’ve actually had the pleasure of meeting her in person years ago. As someone who has never written a review before, I need to give Ms. Mobley her accolades. Due to a recent change in my personal life, my auto insurance was inadvertently canceled in March (not by Allstate). However, Shelby (sometimes we are on a first name basis) made sure that my policy was reinstated that day. There have been some kinks with corporate along the way getting my discounts back in place, but Shelby worked tirelessly, even emailing me on weekends to “fix” my policy and assure me that my policy was reinstated. Her expertise is impeccable, she’s attentive to detail, never rushes you off the phone, and makes you feel comfortable during the call. Today, l noticed that my automatic payment had not been withdrawn from my account. I emailed Shelby and within minutes, she called me after she had that issue fixed (again, with corporate). During the last couple of months dealing with this issue, my only contact was with Shelby, as she NEVER pushed me off to her staff. I cannot thank her enough and appreciate her work ethic, patience, and most importantly, her friendliness. I AM DEFINITELY IN GOOD HANDS WITH SHELBY MOBLEY!!

  I have been with Allstate for many years and always loved their personable approach. After moving to NJ a few years ago, I had not personally worked with a local Allstate agent. When I reached out to the 800 number for a quote on a new Homeowners policy, I wasn't sure if I would keep that policy with Allstate. Shelby very quickly reached out to me when I was considering getting my new homeowners insurance policy with another company. Not only did she take the time to make sure that I had the right coverage, she also made sure that I would get the best deal and discounts with my multiple policies with the company. I'm so glad I stayed with Allstate and happy to have met Shelby! Looking forward to continuing to work with her and her team.

  Overall, we had a great experience with Shelby and team. Our decision to leave was purely financial, as we got the same coverage elsewhere for a much better rate. All the people we worked with in the office were professional.

  Very pleased with service. Shelby has been an attentive, knowledgeable and professional agent, providing excellent customer service. She gave great advice on insurance coverage (auto/home/other) and made sure I had sufficient information to make the best decisions for my needs. Great follow-up and was most helpful above and beyond just selling me insurance. She provided an excellent referral for a rental residence during my relocation.
