I would highly recommend Sheila to most anyone needing a therapist. I began seeing her when I was in my late 30's and previously had ineffective experiences with other therapists. I stopped seeing Sheila a few years ago and I'm regularly reminded of what a difference she made in my life. I often wonder what was so different about Sheila as compared to others in her field. I believe it was because, despite the various complicated issues I was experiencing during that time in life, she never once judged me or treated me as if I was just another client. Sheila provided a safe space for me to address my issues, my way. She focused on my strengths, helped me to develop goals that I believed were unattainable, and encouraged me to focus on achieving these goals. Today, I have not only met those goals, but I have gone further than I ever thought possible. I don't believe I would now be "loving life" quite this much had I not met Sheila.
